Disability Response Limited

Our Commitment to Accountability
At Disability Response, we hold ourselves accountable to the communities, children, and individuals we serve, as well as to the many supporters and organisations that partner with us to make our work possible.
Our team operates in a privileged position of trust, often engaging with children and adults who may be in vulnerable circumstances. We are committed to ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.
Disability Response recognises the immense responsibility we have to prevent exploitation and abuse in all forms. We are steadfast in our efforts to respect and protect the rights of every child and adult we work with and support.
-
The Child Safeguarding Policy & Procedures outlines our systems, processes, and expectations designed to prevent all forms of abuse, including sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
-
The Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment Policy details our approach to safeguarding all individuals we work with, as well as the steps we take if any incidents are reported or identified.
These policies are further strengthened by our Organisational Code of Conduct, which defines the commitments, responsibilities, and ethical behaviours expected of all Disability Response representatives, staff, and volunteers.
Disability Response is equally committed to maintaining the highest levels of accountability and transparency. We view feedback and complaints as valuable opportunities to enhance our work, build trust, and ensure we are meeting the needs of those we serve.
We welcome direct communication regarding our practices. If you have feedback or a complaint, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. You may also download a copy of our Complaints Policy for more information.
